Curaçao day 14: Jan Thiel beach

Today we returned the rental car back to AVIS. The woman did not even check the car for any damage, but maybe that was because we had a damage waiver. But when closing the rental agreement the computer was not working. So I just asked if we could leave as there were no extra costs or anything. That was fine.

So today we did not have a car anymore so we went again to the Jan Thiel beach. This time we went a bit more to the North West side at “Koko’s” (N12.0766983 W68.879985). They come to bring drinks and food etc., although the service was not that great

That part of the beach is full with rocks and stones. So you have to watch yourself when entering or exiting the water. You can also walk/swim a bit to the stairs close to where we were the first time we went to this beach. The advanage of the rocks is that there are also more fish:

You can also order food at Koko’s. We order a pizza for lunch. This was good but rather expensive for the size.

Today there was also some surf:

Spotted some more fish:

For dinner we make pancakes.
